1. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a five (5) year (FY 2012/2013 to
FY 2016-2017) Interlocal Agreement between Miami-Dade County and Co-Permittees

Forfeiture Fund to provide an 800MHz Bi-directional Amplifier (BDA) being charged to

3. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Interlocal Agreement
with the Miami-Dade County Clerk of Courts in order for the South Miami Police
Department to be part of the County Clerk’s Office e-citation integration server,
