PRESENTATIONS The following members of the City Commission were present: Commissioner Harris, Commissioner Welsh, Commissioner Newman, Vice Mayor Liebman, Mayor Stoddard Also in attendance were: City Attorney Thomas F. Pepe, Esq., City Manager Hector Mirabile, Ph.D, and City Clerk Maria M. Menendez, CMC H. RESOLUTION(S) 1, A Resolution opposing the aVlfard of Tax Credits under the 2011 Universal Application, Housing Credit Program for the development of a ninety one unit multifamily senior affordable housing project located at 6101 Sunset Drive, South Miami, ~Iorida 33143 as 'Nell as the HometovJA Station and to draft an ordinance placing a moratorium on multifamily development pending appropriate studies of absorption and vacancy rates as well as transportation and parks concurrency. 3/5 (Commissioner Newman) The Commission discussed the resolution, agreeing on the importance of having a comprehensive study done with regard to multifamily development and its impact on the City's concurrencies.
