An Ordinance adopting the Capital and Operating Budget of $19,165,736 and pay plan for the fiscal year 2011/2012. 3/5 (City Manager- Finance Dept.) ADJOURNMENT CITY HAS A SIGNIFICANT GOVERNMENTAL INTEREST IN CONDUCTING EFFICIENT AND ORDERLY COMMISSION MEETINGS.
