the form of a taxable revenue note, Series 2011 and loan agreement; authorizing certain officials of the City to take any actions required and to enter into any documents necessary for
the prepayment of its loans with SunTrust Bank and the Florida Municipal Loan Council including, if necessary, executing on behalf of the City one or more escrow deposit agreements;
