CONDUCTING EFFICIENT AND ORDERLY COMMISSION MEETINGS.
SPEAKERS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT SECTION 2-2.1(K)(2) OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES PROVIDES THAT “ANY PERSON MAKING
