Present (NONE) SPECIAL CITY COMMISSION AGENDA - May 31, 2011 1 SPECIAL CITY COMMISSION AGENDA - May 31, 2011 2 ITEM (S) FOR THE COMMISSION’S CONSIDERATION: RESOLUTION (S) PUBLIC HEARING (S) A Resolution of the Mayor and City Commission of the City of South Miami, Florida, authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with the firm of Windstream Corporation for the provision of internet and telecommunications-related services at the rate of $325.00 per month for the duration of a two (2) year term, and providing for an effective date. 3/5 (City Manager-Finance Dept.) CITY HAS A SIGNIFICANT GOVERNMENTAL INTEREST IN CONDUCTING EFFICIENT AND ORDERLY COMMISSION MEETINGS.
