BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section- 1. That pursuant to the authority of Article

Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances

as they are in conflict.
Seett6n. 3. That the Zoning Director of the Ci ty is hereby
authorized and directed to make the necessary changes on the official
zoning map of the City.
Section 4. That any person, persons, firm, partft6rship'or

corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall,
upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to'-exceed $500.00,,or by
imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both such-fin6—an�d
imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal Judge. Each day
that a vi6latlon is permitted to eixst shall constitute a separate
offense.
