This is the time of year that is most financially difficult for us: We must shortly pay our largest expenses while the bulk of our sponsorship money has not yet come in. This festival has never paid for services in advance and has always paid its bills promptly. We would expect that our willingness to make this partial pre - payment will not establish a precedent for advance payments in the future.
