The framework is designed to withstand winds in excess of 146 miles per hour with the cover removed. The frames will each measure 25' x 12' and be designed to allow for rainwater to run off the rear, not in between the bleachers and the fleld. Either frame design will be manufactured from Gatorshield Steel and have a vinyl cdver for maximum durability . The frames require concrete footers to prevent uplift. The covers will have a wrap style valance both for longevity and to prevent a flapping distraction from the people viewing the games.
