Mr. Pepe:
The documents attached are what would typically be sent to the Board for
review; if they have a survey that would also be included in the site
plan review process. Section 6(B) has been amended to reflect ... tiered
design of the project increasing from 4 stories fronting on Sunset Drive
to 7 stories, and then decreasing to 3 stories at the rear of the
Project.
However, as indicated in our conversation, the landscape plans are still
inconsistent with the revised building and need to be amended. The
attached landscape plans reflect the original (proposed) ERPB submittal
from June 2012, and still show the 5th level rood garden fronting
Sunset, which apparently has now been moved to the 4th level.
Any amendments will need to be provided to me ASAP for distribution for
the workshop, and for upload on the City's website. Thank you.
