order to include additional criteria for defining large scale
developments; providing conditions for review and approval: providing
for the expiration and extension of approvals. 3/5 (City
Manager-Planning & Zoning)."
Mr. Brimo, would anyone other than yourself have the records that fall
into this category?
Mr. Pepe; most of the records would be in my possession. However as you
may recall, some specific documents were presented at Planning Board
meetings by members.
2. All correspondence regarding an "Ordinance amending
