Mr. Alexander:
The only information we would have is the submittals, staff report,
minutes and video from the meetings, which I believe defense council
already has. The only thing Metro South went to the Planning Board for
was to request a rezoning of the rear lot; they did not do a PowerPoint
presentation at that meeting. They brought presentation boards and a
scale model to one of the Commission meetings, but I do not recall them
doing a PowerPoint to the City Commission either.

Mr. Pepe,
I tried calling your office, but couldn’t get through. I understand you
are getting ready for your Commission meeting tonight, but I needed to
ask you another question that was posed by our expert, Ms. Kendrick.
Specifically, she wanted to know whether the City has copies of the
presentations made by Metro at each of the meetings before the Planning
Board and City Commission. I have copies of the conceptual
drawings/sketches and the plans for the project and I have seen their
presentations on the videos of the meetings online, but other than that,
I do not have any actual power point presentations or other forms of
presentations by Metro. Do you know if the City does? Ms. Kendrick
explained that she would like to review the same to see what Metro said
and when they said it regarding seeking any reasonable accomodations.
