9. Please provide the City’s plan to affirmatively further fair
housing
10. Please provide the City of South Miami’s portion of the
Miami-Dade Consolidated Plan
12. What is the City doing to actively pursue the development of
affordable housing within the City of South Miami?
13. Why at this particular time did the City decide to proceed
with the studies of absorption, vacancy rates, transportation and parks?
14. Please provide the racial demographics of the City of South
Miami and which zip codes have which concentrations.
15. Is 6101 Sunset Drive a vacant lot? If so, how long has it been
vacant and does the City have any plans for the property. If so, what
kind of plans?
16. Please provide any and all staff reports relating to MSSA.
28. Please provide the minutes of the August 28, 2012 hearing.
