Please confirm that the CM has reviewed these changes before it is sent out. Dear members of the Environmental Review & Preservation Board (ERPB) and the Planning Board: Please be advised that a special joint workshop is being scheduled for the ERPB and Planning Board members to provide their comments at an open public meeting scheduled for August 28, 2013, at 7:00p.m. in the City Commission Chambers. I am sure that the City Commission would appreciate it if all of you could attend the meeting and provide your opinions concerning the site plan, landscape plan and color elevations of the proposed Metro South project. We are hoping to have these documents delivered to you today, or as soon thereafter as possible. It is also my understanding that the City Commission will be considering a settlement agreement that is being proposed by Metro South at the commission meeting scheduled for September 3, 2013. The settlement is the result of mediation from the denial of Metro South's application to rezone the northern lot. The proposed settlement would obviate the need for further review by the Planning Board and the ERPB. Therefore, the City Commission would greatly benefit from your review of the documents so that they would then be able to review the proposal with your comments, from the joint special meeting, in mind. The joint workshop is not a formal meeting of your boards and no resolution, or written recommendations will be made and no vote will be taken. The City Commission will have an opportunity to attend this special workshop as members of the public. If you have any questions or are unable to attend, please contact me directly. Thank you for your participation. Respectfully.. Chris Very truly yours, Thomas F. Subject: Metro South Joint Board Workshop Mr. Pepe: Please take one last look at the email I will be sending to the boards this morning. I made a minor amendment to your proposed language, as it relates to materials being reviewed. Since I am not attaching any documents, I indicated that packets would be delivered with the materials. Please let me know if this is acceptable.
