FW Metro South Development
Dear Ms. Boulris:
See Mr. Brimo's comment below regarding the unity of tile for all three
lots. Metro South needs a unity of title for those 3 lots and a waiver
as to the IS site.
Very truly yours,

Mr. Pepe:
In reviewing the documents for the Metro South Development project for
the upcoming Board hearing, I noticed the following section of the
City's Land Development Code and I wasn't sure whether this item had
been addressed during the negotiations. Based on the proposed
development, this section would apply. Please advise; thank you.
