unity of title requirement" for parking as we previously discussed. See
the LDC provision below.

(3) If the required parking for a development project is located
on a lot other than on the site which is generating the required
parking.

In reviewing the documents for the Metro South Development
project for the upcoming Board hearing, I noticed the following section
of the City's Land Development Code and I wasn't sure whether this item
had been addressed during the negotiations. Based on the proposed
