Ladies and Gentlemen:
September 3rd is not a holiday; the holiday is Monday September 2nd. We
have a regularly scheduled Commission meeting on September 3rd. Is it
everyone's intention to have the special meeting on the day after the
regular commission meeting, or prior to the Commission meeting on the
3rd?
I just spoke with Mr. Pepe and he indicated that he misread the Clerk's
email regarding the holiday. His email is currently down and asked me to
see if the preference is to have the special meeting at 7:00pm before
the regular Commission on September 3rd, or as a separate meeting
altogether on the following day, September 4th. Please advise. Please
note that the workshop with the planning board and the ERPB is still
scheduled for August 28th. Thank you..

By publishing it, say tomorrow, (8/22), I would give us 10 days by
Monday, (9/2), but that is out because is Labor Day. Then on Tuesday
(9/3) we have our regular meeting; leaving us with Wednesday (9/4) for
the special meeting/public hearing. I also want to point out that
according to my calendar the next day (9/5) is Rosh Hashanah, but we
need to be clear that the Jewish holiday does not start on that
Wednesday.
Call me with your thoughts because I need confirmation that next
Wednesday the 28th is out for the special meeting.
