Parkside Shaw_No Commission AppealsMr. Proctor: The City Manager accepted the Parkside PUD Phase 2 report on 3/19/2014 and transmitted his intention to the City Commission. The city's land development code stipulates a fifteen (15) day waiting period for all minor changes to approved PUD's. This time has now expired and the Planning Department has no appeals to this change on file.
