AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING CLASSIFICA-
TION OF THE SOUTH 45 FEET OF LOT 22, AND
LOTS 23,24 AND 25 LESS THE EAST 25 FEET FOR
RIGHT -OF -WAY; AND, TRACT 2 LESS SOUTH 25
FEET AND EAST 25 FEET AND WEST 60 FEET FOR
RIGHT -OF -WAY, WILLIAM A. "HOBBS SUBDIVISION,
FROM RU -3 TO C -1; AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF 0RDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND, PRE-
SCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION'OF THE PRO-

VISIONS HEREOF.
BE IT-ORDAINED BY THE-MAYOR AND CITY CO- UNCIL " -OF CITY OF
SOUTH MIAMI, 'FLORIDA:
Sectiohl. That the zoning classification applicable -to:
The South 45' of Lot 22, and Lots 23,24 and
25 Less' th6' 'gast 25' for R /NT; and Tract 2
less .the South 25', East 25' and West 60'
for R /4V, WILLIAM A HOBBS. SUBDIVISION,
according''to''the Plate thereof recorded in
P1at'Book 4 at Page 111 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida,
be and the same hereby is changed from RU -3 to C -1.
Section 2. That the Zoning Director of the City is hereby
authorized and directed to make the necessary changes on the
official zoning map of the City.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict'herewith be and the same hereby are repealed insofar as
they are in conflict.
Section 4. That any person, persons, firm, partnership or
corporation "violating any of the provisions of this ordinance
shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed
$500.00, or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by
both such fine'and imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal
Judge.
