BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF TIE 'CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That Sec. 19 -7 d' Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances, City of South Miami, Florida, be and the same hereby is amended to read as follows, to -wit: "Sec. 19 -7. License fees required. That on and after October 1, 1968, all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same herety are repealed insofar as they are in conflict. Section g. That any person, persons, firm,'partnership or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shad, upon convtction. be punished by a Fine not to exceed $500.00, or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal Judge. Section 6. It is the intent` *hat this ordinance be permanent in nature and shall be includld in 'the Code of Ordinances of the City of South Miami, Florida, and•the sections hereof may be renumbered for such purpose. Section 7. That this ordinance, following its adoption, shall become effective on and after October 1, 1968, and upon its publ- icaton'at least one time by caption in a newspaper of general circulation "in "the City of South Miami, or upon its being posted in full in a` conspicuous place inFthe City.
