ORDINANCE NO. 600
AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL SRC. 20- 20.1.(A)(47),
AND SEC. 20 "20.1.5.(A)(45)-OF ARTIC'M II OF
THE O UNLAWFUL F ORIDAE AS T ORDINANCES, DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Sec. 20- 20.1.(A)(47) of Article II of the
Code of Ordinances, City of South Miami, Florida, reading as follows:

uses and, in his opinion, conforms to the
intent of this section: ",
be and the same hereby is declared to be an unlawful delegation of
authority and, therefore, is repealed and declared to be of no
further force and effect.
Section 2. That Sec. 20- 20.1.5 V')f4'5) of Article II of
the Code of Ordinances, City of South Miami, Florida, reading as
follows:

Section 3. It is the intent that this ordinance be

Section 4. That this ordinance, following its adoption,
shall become effective upon its publication at least one time by

caption in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South
Miami, or upon its being posted in full in a conspicuous place in
South Miami, Florida.
