BE IT R!ZOLVEU BY TII ^: MAYOR AIIU CITY COUNCIL OF TiiE CITY OF SOUTH MAW, FLORIDA; 1. ^hat the property owners of the City of South ARrni, Fla., be and are hereby granted the privilege of redeeming any and all tax certificates held by the City for the tax years 1926, 1927 anc 19289 secured by property ovrned by said property owners on a basis of 80;; of the purchase price of said certificates when bought by -the City of South Liami, Fla. 2. This privilege shall be granted and be in full force and effe A up to and including the 15th dare of.October 1929. 3. After the 15th day of October 1929, ray certificates held by the City may be offered for sale to the public at large on the same basis as stipulated in paragraph �l of this resolution. This RESOLUTION was adopted at a special w call meeting of the City Council of South Mani, Fla., Sept. 23, 1929, by a motion made and seconded by Councilmen Shelley and Core and unamiously carried on rolling the vote.
