-ORDINANCE OF CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA,
GRANTING VARIANCE TO-ZONING REQUIREMENTS
OF•THE CITY PERTAINING TO LOT FRONTAGE AND
:AREA SO AS TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION OF A
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE ON A NON-CONFORMING
LOT; PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, JOSEPH M. BENCOM0, duly made application for a
variance as to lot frontage requirements so as to permit the
construction of a single family residence on a lot non-
coKfor&'ing as to-lot frontage and area reqUirement's, and
WHEREAS, the Plan-nIng Board of the city duly held a
public hearing on October 10, 1967, and thereafter recommends
that the application for a variance be approved, and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after the holding of a duly
adv6litised public hearing, and the hearing of interested
parties, finds that the existVAg zoning regulations as to
lot frontage requirements constitutes itutes an undue hardship as
applied to tbe.-particular 'property;
BE IT ORDAINED `BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF CITY
OF SOUTH-MIAMI, FLORIDA:

to the Plat thereof - a's rbcbr' 6d in Pla't Book
19 at Page 76 of the-Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
2. The variance granted he-ke'lunde'r stall be operative only
as to lot frontage and area requirements.
3. This ordincince shall become effective upon its ad6pfidn
in the manner provided by law.
