RESOLUTION NO. 84-10-13118 A resolution of the Mayor and City Commission of the City of South Miami, Florida, relating to boards and committees; re- appointing Thomas R. Kosky to serve on the Pension Board for a two -year term ending April 18, 2012; and providing an effective date. WHEREAS, The Mayor and Commission recognize the important contributions made by those who serve on the various city boards and committees, and wish to appoint a full complement to each of the active boards and committees; and WHEREAS, The City Commission desires to appoint Thomas R. Kosky to serve for a two -year term on the Pension Board. Appointment shall expire April 18, 2012 or until a successor is duly appointed and qualified. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA, THAT: Section 1. The City Commission hereby appoints Thomas R. Kosky to the Pension Board. Section 2. The expiration date of this appointment shall be April 18, 2012 or until a successor is duly appointed and qualified. Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon approval. PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 19" DAY OF April, 2010.
