Res No 107-11-13421RESOLUTION NO. 107-11-13421 A Resolution appointing Gary A. Costales to serve on the Historic Preservation Board for a two -year term ending July 18, 2013. WHEREAS, The Mayor and Commission recognize the important contributions made by those who serve on the various city boards and committees, and wish to appoint a full complement to each of the active boards and committees; and WHEREAS, The City Commission desires to appoint Gary A. Costales to serve for a two -year term on the Historic Preservation Board. Appointment shall expire July 18, 2013 or until a successor is duly appointed and qualified. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA, THAT: Section 1. The City Commission hereby appoints Gary A. Costales to the Historic Preservation Board. Section 2. The expiration date of this appointment shall be July 18, 2013 or until a successor is duly appointed and qualified. Section 3.
