stated that you wish to open a Day Care Facility at 6450-52 SW 59 Place. This use is
permitted at that location which is zoned "NR"Neighborhood Retail.
Please note that before approval can be granted you will need to provide the required
number of on-site parking spaces and the building will need to comply with all South
Florida Building Code requirements. We suggest you contact Sonia Lama in the City's
Building Department at 663-6324 regarding building code requirements. In addition to
the City requirements you will also need licensing from the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services (HRS) at (305) 377-5005.

premises. These foods would include, but not limited to, fish, shrimp, conch. Along
with this side dishes such as fries, coleslaw, macaroni, potato and green salads. Soft
