Gentlemen' Since 1918 I have owned the property known as Lot 18, Block 39 Franklin Sub 5_34. For the past 15 years Ichave operated a fish market on Grand Ave, in Coconut Grove. Recently the building which I was conducting business from was demolished for the road widgning program on Grand Ave. and I am now without a business I have applied for a permit to build a fish market on .my property described above but I find that although my property is zoned for business I can not build and operate a fish market without a special permit, I am appealing to the zoning board to give me con- sideration on my variance application to operate a fish market as this business is ,my only livelihood and pre- sently I am without income.
