A fifteen-day appeal period must elapse from this date before a permit can be issued for this work. The permit application you have submitted is being processed , but will not be available before March 29 , 1988 . Do not begin work until you have received a permit . Decisions of the Environmental Review and Preservation Board can be appealed to the City Commission by applying in writing to the City Clerk within fifteen-days of that meeting .
