The applicant is requesting approval rfor the exterior paint colors at the above referenced
location.
Staff Analysis:
The applicant is proposing to paint the exterior facades of the above listed property, which
will include the following color:
• Body: Behr Premium Plus #380B-7 (Marigold)
Pursuant to Section 20-8.13(A)[20-7.24(A)] Architectural Standards-Colors, Land
Development Code;
Applicants may choose up to four colors for a single building (one (1) or two
(2) body colors, one (1) or two (2) trim colors, and one (1) accent color, these
may be the same or different).
Please note that even though the above listed section of the Land Development Code only
applies to properties that are located either in TODD zoning districts or the Hometown
Overlay, it has been the practice of staff to rely on this section when reviewing sites that are
outside of the two specified districts. Therefore, with a total of one (1) color being proposed
at this time, it was found that the proposed paint color complies with the regulations listed
above.
Recommendation: Approval with the following conditions:
1. Signage will require a separate application to the Board; and
2. Any comments and/or suggestions from the Board.
