1967-571ORDINANCE NO. 571 ORDINANCE OF CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA, GRANTING VARIANCE AS TO SIDE SETBACK REQUIRE- MENTS, LOT SIZE REQUIREMENTS'AND LOT COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS, SO AS TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION OF A NON-CONFORMING LOT DESCRIBED AS LOT -6, BLOCK 3, AMENDED PLAT OF HAMLET, PB 4/48.
