1929-45l 1 Upon motion duly made by Councilman and seconded by Councilman �.pfi -� , the following Resclution was duly passed and adopted: RESOLUTION NO. �% (' / RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF -SOUTH MIAMI, STATE OF FLORIDA., AUTHORIZING ANb J RLCT- ING THE MAYOR AND -CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA, TO PROPERLY EXECUTE WITH THE FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY, A SUPPLEMENTARY STREET. LIGHTING AGREEMENT RELATING TO A TEMPORARY CHANGE AND REDUCTION OF CERTAIN STREET- LAMPS, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS AND LIMITA- TIONS THEREIN CONTAINED. WHEREAS, a Supplementary Street Lighting Agreement relating to a temporary change and reduction of certain street lamps, subject to certain provisions and limitations therein contained, between the City of South Miami, Florida and Florida Power & Light Company was presented to the City Council of the City`of South Miami, Florida on the ;�F_ day of )_V� , 1929, and, after a full discussion by the Council, it was deemed advisable and for the best interests of the City of South Miami, that the City of South Miami, Florida, enter into said Supplementary Street Lighii&g Agreement with the Florida Power & Light Company. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South Miami, Florida that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of South Miami, Florida, be and they are hereby authorized and directed to properly execute and deliver on behalf of and for and as the act of the City of South Miami, Florida, with the Florida Power & Light Company, a Supplementary Street Lighting Agreement in the following form, to -wit:
