SECTION"13 -47.1 of Code of Ordinances of City of South Miami, Florida, is hereby REPEALED and made of no force and effect. Sa'id'Section being -previously established by the provisions of Ordinance No. 433 adopted on October 6, 1959, and providing "for Firemen's Pens ion Law as set forth in Chapter 115 of the Florida Statutes arid ''levying a tax`' n`the amount -of insur'ance policies covering "t property within he City. receipts' premiums iL 2". The funds of:the Firemen's Pension Plan shall be distributed -in accordance with the applicable Florida Statutes. 3. This ordinance shall become effective August 1, 1967.
